Important information:
we have to inform you that due to ill cleaning staff not every floor can be cleaned on a regular basis. The Studentenwerk is currently working on a solution.
However id be nice if you could support the Studentenwerk in the meantime and clean the spaces you use yourself for now. This mostly affects the Herrenhaus, but also the public spaces in the other houses.
Id be appreciated if you could clean the public spaces on your floor after using them and even more if you could swipe the kitchen, the hallway and the common room with the broom from time to time. It would help us and the Studentenwerk a lot.

Our dorm
The Professor Anschütz House is located directly between the CAU and Kiel's Holtenauer Straße shopping mile. You can reach the campus on foot in just a few minutes and it's not far to reach Mensa I
The residence hall comprises 206 residential units, which are divided into the “doctoral student house”, the “ladies’ house” and the “mansion”.
The rooms are between 10 and 20 square meters in size and are mostly furnished. Fast and powerful WiFi is available to you. There are washing machines and dryers as well as common rooms in the dormitory. Parking spaces can be rented.
Room allocation PAH, NBB, doctoral house
The Studentenwerk SH allocates the rooms.
The following rooms are available in the PAH, NBB and “Doktorandenhaus”:
- 2 furnished shared apartments for two,
- 1 shared apartment for 3 people (1 room furnished, 2 rooms unfurnished)
- 6 furnished shared apartments for 4 people
- 4 furnished shared apartments for 5 people (1 room unfurnished)
- 1 unfurnished apartment for single parents with children,
- 105 apartments with toilet/shower shared kitchen,
- 47 apartments with toilet/shower pantry kitchen
