How does the laudry work?

The use of the washing machine costs 2,50€ and for the dryer 1,00€. You can only pay with coins of 2€, 1€ and 50cts. Careful: pay the right amount, the machine doesn't give back the difference.

How do I get to know others from my dormitory?

Come to our open evening on Thursday in Wilhelmseck or to the many other events. If you don't want to miss anything, we recommend you to follow our Instagram
page or look at the event panel on our home site

What is the land allowance application?

Your shared apartment can get a certain amount back from the student union per semester, amounting to €6 per resident. Receipts and the application must then be handed in to the postbox at Bremerstrasse 23 “Flurgeldwerbung”. Click Download

Something is broken or not working in the apartment, what now?

Look for small white mailboxes in your dormitory where you will find applications for damage reports that you can post there. Our caretaker will then repair it or hire an external company to do the maintenance.

I would like to improve and support the dormitory, where do I have to register?
